If you’re experiencing any negative emotions or pain, it’s because there is a disruption in the flow of information and energy in your body and mind. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Tapping works to heal these disruptions that are contributing to problems you are having.
Your body is meant to have energy flow through you in a seamless way. But issues (caused from big or little trauma that you’ve experienced in your life) block this flow of energy. They are like boulders in a river, stopping the water from flowing easily. These boulders, or blocks, show up in your body as physical pain, and in your mind and emotions as anxiety, stress, insomnia, tension in your relationships, etc.
When issues are stored in the body, they affect the way you handle experiences until they are unblocked.

We tap on different meridian points on your body in order to remove these blocks (or boulders). I’ll show you the points to tap on and we will be able to go back to past experiences that have caused you pain and heal them so they no longer bother you. We will also tap as you talk, so that your nervous system can be soothed, so you aren’t triggered.
Tapping is easy and can be applied to anything. And the best part about it, is that you can do it on your own anytime you want to feel better.
