I provide a safe space where we embrace your sensitivities and use them for the gifts they are. We practice skills, such as Tapping/EFT, to help you soothe your nervous system and get to a place where you can recognize your emotions and let them guide you. I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances.
Learn the tools sensitive souls need to be able to go through life tuning into your own needs, so you don’t have to get swept up into other people’s feelings. Let’s learn skills to stay strong so that other people’s emotions don’t become your emotions.
My approach to working with highly sensitive people, or empaths, comes from a place of hope that you can handle your level of sensitivity and bring yourself back to balance when you feel overwhelmed or bombarded by things around you.
