My office is conveniently located in Walnut Creek at 38 Quail Court, Suite 100. I’m also available for sessions online.

Yes! I have a beautiful office space in Walnut Creek.

Individual sessions are $200 for the full 50-minutes, both in-person and online.
I do not take insurance, but I can provide you with a Superbill.

During the first appointment, we are both getting to know each other. We will talk and I will ask you some questions to get to know you. We will talk about your goals and ways that we can work together. You can also ask me questions.

That’s a good question and the answer really depends on you. Some people consider 3-6 months a sufficient amount of time to meet their goals in therapy and start to experience the change they want in their life. Many people consider 6 months to a year a good amount of time to really effect change. Some challenges in your life cumulated over a long amount of time and may take a bit of time to work through.
There is no set amount of time, but there are estimated amounts that work well. We will discuss this at the start of working together and continue to evaluate as we progress.

A Good Faith Estimate comes from the No Surprises Act, which was designed to protect consumers from receiving unexpected medical bills. The Good Faith Estimate part of the No Surprises Act is meant to give consumers predictability in how much they will be charged for services prior to their appointment.
As part of your intake paperwork, you will received a Good Faith Estimate outlining the cost of your sessions and what that will look like over the amount of time we work together. Will will discuss this as well.
